磷系阻燃涤纶工业丝的制备及性能研究Preparation and Research of Phosphorus-Based Flame Retardant Polyester Industrial Yarn

摘要(Abstract):
以长周期库存的高黏磷系阻燃聚酯切片和新采购的低黏磷系阻燃聚酯切片为原料,分别经干燥和增黏后,利用LAUDA自动黏度仪、电位滴定仪、水分仪、差示扫描量热仪和热重分析仪分别测试切片的特性黏度、端羧基含量、熔点、含水率和热稳定性能,据此设定和优化纺丝工艺,开发了阻燃涤纶工业丝,并实现了稳定生产。研究了两种切片的牵伸倍率以及阻燃纤维的物理力学性能和阻燃性能,结果表明:库存切片最大总牵伸比为5.4,新采购的低黏阻燃聚酯切片增黏后最大总牵伸比达6.15;断裂强度前者为5.28 cN/dtex,后者为7.03 c N/dtex;阻燃性能上,前者极限氧指数值为28.5%,后者为30%。磷系阻燃切片经过长时间存储后,其可纺性降低,纤维物理力学性能下降,但仍保持较好的阻燃性能。
The high viscosity phosphorus-based flame retardant polyester chip was dried, and the low viscos-ity phosphorus-based flame retardant polyester chip became high vicosity chip by solid-state polycondensa-tion, the spining parameters were set and optimized according to the results, which were obtained by viscosi-ty meter, automatic titrimeter, moisture meter, differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric ana-lyzer. Two kinds of phosphorus-based flame retardant polyester industrial yarn were developed. The draw-ing ability, physical properties and flame retardance were studied. The results indicate that the max drawingratio of the former is 5.4, the latter is 6.15, the breaking tenacity of the former is 5.28 cN/dtex, the latter is 7.03 cN/dtex, the limit oxygen index of the former is 28.5%, the latter is 30%. With a long time storing, thespinnability of phosphorus-based flame retardant polyester chip and physical properties of the fiber pre-pared by it become bad, but its flame retardance is keeping good.
