碳纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了以碳纤维为增强纤维、聚乳酸为基体,采取相应的加工工艺制备出碳纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料的种类与制备工艺,研究了该复合材料的相关性能,发现该材料与聚乳酸材料相比力学性能、抗冲击性能得到了明显改善,有一定的降解性,并且生物相容性良好,适合于开发骨折内固定材料、骨修复材料等。概述了碳纤维增强聚乳酸复合材料在工业化生产及应用中存在的主要问题,并对今后的应用研究进行了展望。
The carbon fiber-reinforced polylactide(C/PLA) composites made of the carbon fiber as reinfoced fiber and polylactide as matrix are introduced.Compared with polylactied material,mechanical properties and shock resistance performance of the composites are improved,and they have some degradability.They also have favorable biocompatibility,and are suitable for development of internal fixation for bone fracture,bone repair material,etc.The main problems existing in the industrial production and application are summarized and the future application research are prospected.
