摘要(Abstract):

为了进一步改善83 dtex/72 f大有光扁平涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)的生产状况,达到提高满卷率、稳定生产的目的,讨论了喷丝板工艺、底部加热器温度、无风区高度、集束高度和卷绕速度对83 dtex/72 f大有光扁平涤纶FDY生产稳定性的影响。试验表明:减小喷丝板微孔的长宽比、降低卷绕速度对生产稳定性的提升影响较大;调整底部加热器温度、增加无风区高度、提高集束位置对生产稳定性的改善较少。
In order to further improve the production situation of 83 dtex/72 f bright flat polyester FDY, so as to improve the full roll rate and stabilize the production, the effects of spinneret process, spinning temperature, hot zone, bundle position and winding speed on the production stability of 83 dtex/72 f bright flat polyester FDY were discussed. The results show that reducing the length width ratio of spinneret microspore and winding speed have great influence on the production stability, adjusting the spinning temperature, increasing hot zone and increasing the cluster position have less effect on the production stability.
