PET-PTT复合分纤母丝设备的研制及相关工艺研究Equipment R&D for PET-PTT Composite Mother Yarn and Related Process Conditions

摘要(Abstract):
针对化纤欧根纱比较硬、不亲肤、穿上会感觉扎、应用领域受限的缺陷,研制出PET-PTT复合分纤母丝设备。介绍了复合分纤母丝设备参数及设计要求,讨论了复合比、牵伸比、卷绕张力、侧吹风温湿度、纺丝温度等生产工艺。用该设备生产的PET-PTT复合分纤母丝是带有自卷曲的弹性纤维,其质地柔软,膨松性、回弹性、尺寸稳定性好。
In view of the defects of harder, not closed skin, felt very harsh, limited application fields of Or-ganza fabric, the PET-PTT composite mother yarn equipment was developed. The equipment parametersand design requirements were introduced. The composite ratio, drawing ratio, winding tension, cross airblowing temperature and humidity, spinning temperature were discussed. The PET-PTT composite motheryarn produced by the equipment was the crimp elastic fiber. It was soft, fluffy and elastic, and had good di-mensional stability.
