摘要(Abstract)：
蒙特斯公司生产的干燥机具有结构合理、自动连续操作、除湿效果好的优点,但在空气中含湿量过大、开车顺序错误等情况下,机内主要部件氯化锂转鼓吸附剂会“中毒”失效,影响正常生产.本文介绍了该机的结构和工作原理,分析了失效的部分原因,并提出了对策和处理办法.
The automatic air dryer made by Munters Co. has the advantages of rational structure,automatic conti-neous operation and high demoisture effeciency etc. , but the case of high humidity of the air or the wrong or-der in start up operation,the main part in the drum,the LiCl absorbing agent .will be deactivated by "poisoning". Author introduces the structure,principle of the dryer and the caused account for the problem,then the resolution measures are presented.?41 ?
