上海石化1,3-丙二醇生产技术开发的概况

摘要(Abstract):

1,3-丙二醇;丙烯醛;PTT介绍了上海石化公司化工研究所研制1,3-丙二醇小试和中试取得成功的概况:以丙烯醛水合反应,3-羟基丙醛加氢以及脱除醛基制取1,3-丙二醇;对催化剂选择、水合反应动力学以及产品和原料的分析方法进行系列化研究;两次连续中试生产制得纯度为99.3%~99.9%的PDO产品,并由此制得特性黏度为0.91dL/g的PTT,其中杂质与进口样品吻合。对放大试验和技术改进提出了意见。
The 1,3-propanediol was successfully developed in the experimental and pilot stages by Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Chemical Research Institute. The 1,3-propanediol was made from acrolein route. The hydration dynamics, testing method of raw material and product as well as selection of catalyst were anslyzed. The purity of the qualified pralified products of 99.3%~99.9% were produced by two batches of pilot production, thus the viscosity of the resulting PTT chips of 0.91 dL/g was got.
