自动落筒小车运行中贯穿性夹丝问题的解决
Solution to the Problem of Pentrating Wire in the Operation of Automatic Doffing Trolley

摘要(Abstract):

随着自动化技术成熟度越来越高以及人工成本的不断提升,更多的化纤企业采用自动落筒的方式,提高自动化程度。但在实际生产过程中发现,自动落筒小车运行后,整纺位贯穿性夹结降等的数量有所提高。为解决贯穿性夹结问题,采用在自动落筒小车上加装环形烫丝杆,搭配适当的现场管理制度,有效控制了贯穿性夹结降等的数量。
With the increasing maturity of automation and the continuous increase of labor costs, more chemical fiber enterprises adopt automatic doffing methods to improve the degree of automation. However, in the actual production process, it is found that after the automatic doffing trolley is running, the number of pentrating wire in the whole spinning position increases. In order to solve the problem, the automatic doffing trolley is equipped with an annular ironing screw rod, and the number of spindle of pentrating wire is effectively controlled by the proper site management system.
