PBO纤维复合材料乒乓球拍结构设计与性能研究

摘要(Abstract):

乒乓球拍底板及胶皮的材料特性直接影响运动员击球时对球速、旋转变化的控制能力。以聚对苯撑苯并二噁唑(PBO)纤维、复合橡胶为基础材料制备了一种内芯为桐木木材,复合材料层为PBO纤维编织复合材料,胶皮为复合材料橡胶的乒乓球拍。对该球拍的性能优势进行分析,认为这种将多种复合材料融为一体的乒乓球拍能够为运动员带来较好的击打手感、更快的出球速度和更长的击球时间,乒乓球运动员的击球容错率更高。
The material properties of the backplate and rubber of the table tennis racket directly affect the athletes' ability to control the change of ball speed and rotation. A kind of table tennis racket with wood inner core, PBO fiber braided composite material as the composite material layer and the composite material rubber as rubber was prepared based on PBO fiber and composite rubber. The performance advantages of the racket are analyzed, and it is considered that the racket which integrates multiple composite materials can bring players better hitting touch, faster speed and longer hitting time, and the ball tolerance rate of table tennis players is higher.
