热处理法分离桔瓣形PET/PA6复合纤维

摘要(Abstract):

对桔瓣形PET/PA6复合纤维进行了干热、湿热和汽蒸处理。分析了热处理方法对纤维的作用机理。用扫描电镜观察了纤维在各种处理后的分离情况和截面形状变化,又用计算机对纤维截面的SEM照片进行了扫描分析,得到了纤维经不同方法处理不同时间后的分离度。
PET/PA 6 multi-segment composite fibers are subjected to dry and wet heat treatments, the mechanism of each process is analysed. The separation situation and fibers' cross section are observed with scanning electronic microscope after each treatment. The SEM photogarphs of fibers' cross section are scanned by computer and the degree of separation after different periods of each treatment are obtained.
