摘要(Abstract):

新型结构与功能材料在房建改造中的应用可极大地提高项目建造品质。综述了几种典型结构与功能材料的应用现状:纤维混凝土复合材料研究较多,超薄石材发泡陶瓷复合材料前景较好;钢筋阻锈剂的研究取得明显进展。为适应现代化房建改造项目材料的选用趋势,提出以下措施:发展及推广纤维混凝土复合材料;利用废弃资源制备新型材料;提高新型材料的本质安全性,构建绿色环保产业布局。
The application of new structural and functional materials in building reconstruction can greatly improve the construction quality of the project. The application status of several typical structural and functional materials is summarized. There are many researches on fiber concrete composites, the prospect of ultra-thin stone foam ceramic composites is good and the research on rebar rust inhibitor has made significant progress. In order to adapt to the trend of material selection in modern housing reconstruction projects,the following measures are proposed including developing and promoting fiber concrete composite materials, using waste resources to prepare new materials, improving the intrinsic safety of new materials and developing the layout of green and environmental protection industries.
