镍氢电池隔板用复合纤维的生产工艺
Production Process of Composite Fibers for Nickel-Hydrogen Battery Separator

摘要(Abstract):

根据镍氢电池隔板的特殊技术要求,制备皮层添加Mg(OH)2超细粉末的0.8 dtex复合皮芯纤维,就其生产工艺及设备、质量要求、工艺原理、工艺参数以及可纺性进行探讨。主要工艺参数:Mg(OH)2的体积平均粒径为1.88μm;两段精密过滤器的过滤精度分别为400目和800目;聚丙烯(PP)熔体指数(MFI)为3.5 g/min;聚乙烯(PE)与PP的复合比为45~55/55~45,一水一汽拉伸温度分别为80℃和105℃,拉伸倍数分别为2.5和1.15。
According to the special technical requirement of nickel-hydrogen battery separator,sheath-core composite fibers of 0.8 dtex whose sheaths are added by Mg(OH)2 supper fine powders are produced.The production process,equipment,quality,process principle,parameter and spinnability are disscussed.Mg(OH)2 powders′ volume mean diameter is 1.88 μm with two step fine filters of 400 mesh and 800 mesh,M F I of PP is 3.5 g/min,composite ratio(PE/PP) is 45~55/55~45,drawing temperatures and drawing ratios of water drawing/steam drawing are 80 ℃/105 ℃ and 2.5/1.15,respectively.
