聚酰胺6/低密度聚乙烯海岛型纤维萃取分离的研究

摘要(Abstract):

利用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)溶于热甲苯的原理,用甲苯对聚酰胺6/低密度聚乙烯(PA6/LDPE)海岛型纤维中的LDPE进行萃取,得到聚酰胺6超细纤维。用DSC、SEM研究了海岛纤维在萃取过程中的变化及影响因素。结果表明:萃取过程是甲苯向海岛纤维渗透、溶解LDPE以及LDPE向甲苯中扩散的动态平衡。萃取温度与时间是其主要影响因素,在85~90℃下萃取60~70 min,可充分萃取LDPE。由于不同时间段甲苯对LDPE的萃取速率不同,因此可采用甲苯对流、多段连续的萃取方式进行萃取。
LDPE was able to dissolve in hot toluene,so PA6/LDPE sea-island fiber was extracted by toluene,as a result,PA6 microfiber was obtained.Moreover,the changes and influencing factors of sea-island fiber during extraction process were studied by DSC and SEM.The results showed that extraction was a dynamic process including penetration of toluene to sea-island fiber,dissolving of LDPE and diffusing of LDPE to toluene.The extraction temperature and time were main affecting factors.LDPE could be completely extracted out under 85~90 ℃ for 60~70 min.Because the extraction quantities of LDPE by toluene were different in different times,toluene convection and continuous extraction method were adopted.
