纤维素在NMMO水溶液中的溶胀过程及影响因素分析Analysis on Swelling and Affecting Factors of Cellulose in NMMO Aqueous Solution

摘要(Abstract):
采用显微镜观察和离心表征的方法,通过控制单一因素变量探讨溶胀时间、溶胀温度、N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)溶液质量分数等对纤维素在NMMO水溶液中溶胀行为的影响。显微镜观察的结果表明:在溶胀初期,溶剂迅速渗透到纤维素中使单纤维直径变大,20 min后纤维素溶胀接近饱和,纤维直径基本不再变化;随着NMMO质量分数的增加、溶胀温度的升高,纤维素纤维的溶胀率以及吸液率增加,表明纤维素溶胀效果更好。
The effects of swelling time, swelling temperature and concentration of N-methylmorpholine-Noxide(NMMO) aqueous solution on the swelling behavior of cellulose were investigated by the methods of microscopic observation and centrifugal characterization. The results from microscopic observation showed that the solvent rapidly penetrated into the cellulose to increase the diameter of the single fiber in the initial stage of swelling, after 20 minutes, the fiber diameter did not change substantially. With the increase of NMMO concentration and the temperature, the swelling ratio and the absorbency characteristics of cellulose fibers increased, which illustrated that the swelling effect of cellulose was better.
