PBO用于绝缘微型光缆增强材料的研究
Research on PBO Used for Insulated Miniature Fiber Optic Cable Reinforcements

摘要(Abstract):

特殊环境对微型光缆加强材料的要求越来越高。通过对高强微型光缆的结构及非金属加强材料的使用强度要求的研究,采用立式圆形编织机,按照一定的工艺进行编织来研制PBO高强度微型套管。测试结果表明:PBO纤维的拉伸强度、安全使用温度高于目前普遍使用的Kevlar-49纤维和S玻纤等非金属加强材料,3种纤维的理论最大抗拉力分别为1 989 N、960 N、892 N。为此,在抗拉强度要求极高的特殊环境里,PBO纤维是目前微型光缆最佳的非金属绝缘加强材料。
The special environment is more and more demanding for the reinforcement of miniature fiber optic cable. Through the study of the structure of high strength miniature fiber optic cable and the user requirments of the non-metal reinforcing materials, the PBO high strength micro sleeve was developed accordingto certain process by vertical circular knitting machine. The test results show that the tensile strength, safeuse temperature of PBO fiber are higher than the current commonly used Kevlar-49 fiber and S glass fiberand other non-metallic reinforcing materials. The theoretical maximum tensile strength of the three fibersare 1 989 N, 960 N, 892 N, respectively. For this reason, PBO fiber is currently the best non-metallic insulated reinforcing material for miniature fiber optic cables in special environments where tensile strength requirements are extremely high.
