35dtex/24f细旦涤纶预取向丝工艺技术探讨

摘要(Abstract):

在公司现有的生产设备上试生产35dtex/24f细旦涤纶预取向丝(POY),研究了聚酯切片含水率、熔体温度、冷却吹风风速、卷绕速度等工艺条件对POY物理性能和条干不匀率的影响。结果表明:干切片含水率最好≤2.5×10-5,纺丝熔体温度控制在(295±1)℃,侧吹风风速控制在0.45m/s,纺丝速度在3050m/min,可制得性能优良的POY产品,经后加工,最终产品为总纤度<22dtex、dpf<0.9的细旦涤纶低弹丝(DTY)。
The trial-production of 35 dtex/24 f fine denier polyester pre-oriented yarn with existing production equipment was introduced. The influences of technological conditions including water content of polyester chip, melt temperature, veloity of cooling air and winding speed on the properties and unevenness of pre-oriented yarn were discussed. Results showed that chip water content of ≤2.5×10-5, spinning temperature of (295±1)℃, cooling air speed of 0.45 m/s and spinning speed of 3 050 m/min were the best conditions to produce good quality fine denier polyester pre-oriented yarn and DTY of <22 dtex and dpf<0.9.
