涤纶短纤维新型闪蒸系统的设计及应用

摘要(Abstract):

闪蒸系统是涤纶短纤维生产线采用一水一汽牵伸工艺的重要组成部分,为确保热能的充分利用,纤维品质的进一步提高,基于目前3万t紧张热定形机采用的闪蒸系统,分析了现有的主要问题,提出了夹套辊筒与虹吸辊筒混用设计闪蒸系统的新方案。现场试验验证了该系统能够满足使用要求,从而为解决原生产线蒸汽耗能高、系统不稳定、纤维疵点多等问题提供新的解决方案。
Flash system is an important part of drafting process for combining steam-water in polyester staple fiber production line. In order to ensure full utilization of heat energy and further improve the fiber quality, based on the flash system used in the current 30 000 tons annealer, the existing main problems are analyzed, and a new scheme of flash system design with the mixed use of jacket roller and siphon roller is put forward. The field test proves that the system can meet the application requirements. Thus, a new solution is proposed to solve the problems of high steam energy consumption, system instability and fiber defects in the original production line.
