腈纶中丙烯腈残留量的测定Determination of Acrylonitrile Residue in Acrylic Fiber

摘要(Abstract)：
依照欧盟委员会关于生态标准对腈纶中丙烯腈残留量的控制,采用顶空固相萃取和色质谱联用技术(HS-SMPE-GC/MS),建立了腈纶中丙烯腈残留量的测定方法。该方法检测限低于0.5mg/kg,回收率在91.9%～97.7%之间。
According to Eco Standard 2002/371/EC, the method for residual acrylonitrile determination in acrylic fiber is established via headspace-solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC/MS) technique. This method provides good linearity. The limits of detection are below 0.5 mg/kg, average recovery ranges from 91.9 %～97.7 %.
