摘要(Abstract)：
根据丙纶的结构特征以及弹力丝工艺,研制出了TF-730C丙纶弹力丝油剂,并测试了各项性能。研究表明,TF-730C油剂在常温下贮存一年无变化,15%水溶液在常温下放置10日无变化;油剂平滑性、抗静电性、界面特性等均和国内同类油剂相当,能满足丙纶弹力丝工艺要求。
O n thebasisofPP characteristicsand D TY process, the spinning-finish TF- 730C was prepared for PP DTY. The investigation showed that the properties of spining-finish and its emulsion unchanged for one year storage (under 10￣30℃)and of 15% agcceous solution for ten days storage (under 10￣35℃) respectively. Smoothness,static resistance,wet ability etc of the spinning-finish were the same as those of PP-218.The spinning-finish met the requirements of PP DTY process.
