摘要(Abstract):

以产业化生产的生物质多组分二元醇为原料合成生物质聚酯切片,经过优化纺丝工艺参数制备得到生物质聚对苯二甲酸多组分二元醇酯(PDT)。该生物质纤维具有柔软、低静电、易染艳色之特性,并具有常压沸染功能。其制备工艺在现有生产技术上进行优化,可产业化生产。
The synthetic biomass polyester chips were synthesized by biomass multicomponent diglycolwhich was from industrial production. The polyethylene diglycol terephthalate(PDT) was obtained though op-timizing parameters of spinning process. The PDT fiber had the characteristic of soft, low static, easy to dyethe bright colour, especially had the functions of atmospheric pressure boiling dyeing. Its preparation tech-nology was optimized in the present production technology, and it was easy to industrial production.
