摘要(Abstract)：

分析了一种进口卧式热载体加热炉对流段炉管及出口烟气"省煤器"列管结焦、腐蚀、堵塞故障原因,介绍了处理和清洗过程,并提出了相应的预防措施。
The horizontal hot oil furnace broken reasons by slag blocking and corrosion at the gas convectional stage and gas/air exchanger were analyzed.The treatment and cleaning methods were introduced.The protective measures were suggested.
