摘要(Abstract)：

主要介绍了64 dtex/23 f PA66 DTY新产品加工过程中工艺技术参数的选择,探讨了各主要工艺参数的调整方向,以及各参数对产品质量的影响。结果表明:在加弹车速733 m/min,拉伸比1.286,D/Y比1.915,超喂率4.0%,热箱温度210℃时,可以生产出合格的DTY产品。
The selection of technology parameters for the process of PA66 new products was mainly introduced.The adjustment of main technology parameters and the influence of each parameter on products quality were discussed.The results showed that the qualifed DTY was obtained with texturizing machine speed 733 m/min,draw ratio 1.286,D/Y ratio 1.915,overfeed 4.0 % and heater temperature 210 ℃.
