低温等离子处理对涤纶润湿性能的影响INFLUENCE OF THE PLASMA TREATMENT ON THE WETTINGPROPERTY OF PET FIBER

摘要(Abstract):
用氮气对涤纶进行低温等离子处理,明显地改善了其表面的润湿性能。通过对甘油在纤维上的接触角测量,研究了处理器的功率、处理时间以及预处理对接触角的影响。
The wetting property of PET fiber was ameliorated obviously by the azote plasma treatment. It was found that the power affected the contact angles, which decreased with the increase of the power until 50W. The treatment in advance with argon was useless to the decrease of contact angles. The better treatment time is 5 minutes.
