摘要(Abstract):

选用阳离子蓝X-BL、阳离子红X-GRL、阳离子黄X-5GL 3种染料,对Dralon异形腈纶的染色机制进行了研究,绘制了3种阳离子染料上染Dralon异形腈纶的吸附等温线,测定了Dralon异形腈纶的染色热力学参数,为Dralon异形腈纶及其产品的染色提供一定的理论支持,有利于促进Dralon异形腈纶的进一步开发。
Cationic Blue X-BL, Cationic Red X-GRL and Cationic Yellow X-5GL were chosen to study thedyeing property of Dralon special- shaped PAN fiber. By drawing three cationic dyes to the adsorptionisotherms of Dralon special- shaped PAN fiber, the staining thermodynamic parameters of the fiber weremeasured. The study of this subject can provide some theoretical support for the dyeing of the Dralon special-shaped PAN fiber and it is advantageous for the further development of the Dralon special-shaped acrylicfiber.
