超细涤纶皮革染色工艺的探究Study on Dyeing Process of Superfine Polyester Fiber Leather

摘要(Abstract):
通过筛选染料,探索了超细涤纶皮革染色方案,优选染色工艺如下:常温常压染色,分散染料质量分数为6%,HAc体积分数为1 mL/L,浴比为1∶30,升温速率为1 K/min,100℃保温60 min,降温后取出样品,经过热水和冷水二次水洗,再经过还原清洗,水洗干净后烘干。上述染色试验工艺流程可以使超细涤纶皮革的染色深度和手感达到产品质量要求。
Through the screening of dyes, the dyeing scheme of superfine polyester fiber leather was explored. The preferred dyeing process was as follows: dyeing at normal temperature and pressure, disperse dye mass fraction was 6%, HAc volume fraction was 1 ml/L, bath ratio was 1∶30, the heating rate was 1 K/min,and the temperature was kept at 100 ℃ for 60 min, the sample was taken out after cooling down, washed with hot water and cold water twice, then gone through reduction washing, washed with water, and dried.The above-mentioned dyeing test process can make the dyeing depth and hand feel of superfine polyester leather meet the product quality requirements.
