摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了水刺非织造布的发展现状及其对原料的要求,并通过对聚合及纺丝工艺的设 计与优化,在普通棉型涤纶短纤生产设备上成功开发出更加适合水刺非织造专用的涤纶短纤。
The development trend of spunlaced nonwoven in China is summarized, and the consumption of PET staple fiber in spunlaced nonwoven is predicted. To meet the requirements of spunlaced nonwoven, the top quality PET staple fiber special use in spunlaced nonwoven is made through adjustment of molecular structure rheological behaviour and moisture absorption of PET as well as processing parameters.
