摘要(Abstract):

针对中空纤维在加工及其使用过程中纤维中空容易失效而降低保暖效果这一问题,通过建立纤维中空结构的有限元力学模型,对比研究不同中空结构的纤维受压后截面的应力、应变的变化,从而间接反映不同中空结构的抗压能力,从理论上说明不同中空纤维的中空结构抗失效能力,并通过实验进行验证。
The hollow of hollow fiber was easily compressed by outside force in the processing and utilization, which resulted in weakening the effect of warm keeping. The mechanics model of the hollow structure of the hollow fiber were constructed by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) in this paper. After the hollow fiber was pressed, the stress and strain changes of the cross section of the hollow fiber were investigated, which could analyze the ability of anti-pressure for different hollow profiles. The ability of the anti-invalidation for different hollow profile was theoretically expatiated and experimentally validated.
