生物可降解聚丁内酰胺的研究进展

摘要(Abstract):

聚丁内酰胺(PA4)是一种既可水解也可生物降解的高分子材料,在应对白色污染、微塑料污染方面具有独特的优势。目前,PA4的聚合技术并不成熟,聚合可控性比较差,导致PA4的基本物性不是很稳定,限制了其规模化生产和应用。由于PA4的熔融温度与其热分解温度接近,在其熔融的过程中即开始发生热分解反应,热塑加工性能比较差。总结了国内外在PA4研究领域的最新进展,重点介绍了PA4的聚合方法、生物降解性能、结构改性、熔融加工等相关进展,最后展望了PA4的发展方向与前景。
Polybutyrolactam(PA4) was a polymer material that can be both hydrolyzed and biodegradable,and had unique advantages in coping with white pollution and microplastic pollution. At present, the polymerization technology of PA4 was not mature, and the polymerization controllability was relatively poor,which limited its large-scale production and application. The thermoplastic processing performance was relatively poor because the melting temperature of PA4 was close to its thermal decomposition temperature,which resulted the thermal decomposition reaction occurring in the process of melting. The latest progresses in the field of PA4 research, which focusing on the polymerization methods, biodegradability properties,structural modification and melt processing are summarized. Finally, the future of development direction and prospect of PA4 are also discussed.
