双组分氨纶混纺面料中纤维含量的定量分析方法
The Quantitative Chemical Analysis Methods of Two Component Spandex Blend Fabric

摘要(Abstract):

介绍了氨纶与锦纶、纤维素纤维、聚酯纤维、羊毛、腈纶混纺织物中纤维含量的定量分析方法,即选择适当的试剂去除一种纤维组分,将残留物称重,根据质量损失计算出可溶组分的比例。经分析,此方法符合GB/T 2910—2009标准要求,且操作方便、试剂简单、无污染、无危险,可应用于日常检验中。
The test method of Spandex and nylon, cellulose fiber, polyester fiber, wool, acrylic fiber contentin blended fabric is introduced. The appropriate reagents are selected to remove one fiber component, theresidue fiber component is weighed, then the soluble component proportion is calculated according to massloss. The results show the method meets the requirement of GB/T 2910—2009 standard, and has the advan-tages of simple operation, no pollution, no danger, can be used in daily inspection.
