核磁共振法测试“力纶”含油率的研究

摘要(Abstract):

探究了核磁共振法用于测试“力纶”含油率标准曲线的建立方式,对不同标准曲线的应用测试进行了比较,并对不同梯度含油率的生产样品进行了精密度试验。结果表明,使用油剂定标法建立的标准曲线测试准确度更高且具有较好的重复性,与中性皂液洗涤法测试结果无明显差异,能够满足实际生产对“力纶”含油率测试的要求。
The establishment method of the nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) method for testing the oil content standard curve of ‘Lilun' was explored, the application test of different standard curves was compared, and the precision test of the production samples with different gradient oil content was carried out.The results show that the standard curve established by the oil calibration method has higher test accuracy and better repeatability. There is no significant difference from the test result of the neutral soaping method,which can meet the determination of ‘Lilun' oil content in actual production.
