摘要(Abstract)：
中空纤维制成的面料具有更轻、更柔的特点，受到客户广泛青睐。对原有生产设备进行改造，对工艺条件进行摸索，确定纺丝速度5 000 m/min、GR_1速度5 010 m/min、GR_2速度5 015 m/min、网络压力0.3 MPa、冷却风速0.6 m/min、纺丝箱体温度285℃、管道温度284.5℃，开发出满足客户需求的220 dtex/30 f中空高取向丝(HOY)产品。
The fabric made of hollow fiber has the characteristics of lighter and more flexible, which is widely favored by customers. The original production equipment is transformed and the process conditions are explored. The spinning speed of 5 000 m/min, GR_1 speed of 5 010 m/min, GR_2 speed of 5 015 m/min, network pressure of 0.3 MPa, cooling wind speed of 0.6 m/min, spinning box temperature of 285 ℃, pipe temperature of 284.5 ℃ are determined. The 220 dtex/30 f hollow high orientation yarn(HOY) product is developed to meet customer requirements.
