芳砜纶在水泥窑尾烟气过滤中的应用Application of Polysulfonamide Fiber in the Gas Filtration of Cement

摘要(Abstract)：
芳砜纶具有优异的耐温性能和热收缩性能、良好的耐化学性能、特殊的异形截面。选用1.5 dtex×65 mm规格的芳砜纶,采用分层铺网技术制成滤料。该滤料在安多水泥项目中的工况实践以及后期跟踪监测的表现证实,芳砜纶在水泥窑尾高温工况中应用不仅具有技术可行性,也能够提供较优的性价比。
Polysulfonamide(PSA) fiber has excellent properties of high temperature resistance and thermal shrinkage, good chemical resistance and special cross section. Using PSA fibers with 1.5 dtex ×65 mm as raw materials, the nonwoven filter fabrics are made by layered laying technology. Then the nonwoven filter fabrics are used in Anduo Cement project. It proves that PSA fiber using in the cement kiln with high temperature environment has not only technically feasible, but also the better economic value.
