多组分智能精细混开棉机组在纤维混纺中的应用

摘要(Abstract):

基于差别化纤维混纺纱对纤维的混合要求非常高,介绍了一种混棉设备多组分智能精细混开棉机组在差别化纤维混纺上的应用及其使用方法。所述多组分智能精细混开棉机组包括JWF1081型称重给棉机、JWF1035型混合输送机、JWF1127型精细开松机及手动喂入装置。经实际应用证明:该多组分智能精细混开棉机组物料的混合方式合理、自动化程度高,减少了工人劳动强度,降低了生产及管理成本,提高了生产效率。
Based on the high requirements of fiber blending in differential fiber blended yarn,the application and application method of a multi-component intelligent fine blending & opening unit in differential fiber blending are introduced.The multi-component intelligent fine blending & opening unit includes JWF1081 weighing feeder,JWF1035 mixing conveyor,JWF1127 fine opening machine and manual feeding device.It has been proved by practial application that the material mixing mode of the multi-component intelligent fine blending & opening unit is reasonable,the automation degree is high,the labor intensity of workers is reduced,the production and management cost is reduced,and the production efficiency is improved.
