静电纺丝可纺性影响因素的研究成果Studies on Influential Factors on Nanofiber Spinnability of Electrospinning

摘要(Abstract):
从静电纺丝的基本原理出发,总结了静电纺丝主要影响因素:溶剂和聚合物相对分子质量、溶液浓度和黏度、电导率、表面张力以及纺丝电压、毛细管口与接收屏之间的距离等的研究成果,并展望了静电纺丝制备纳米纤维的发展方向及前景。
Base on the theory of the electrospinning, the main achievements of the influential factors on nanofiber electrospinning process were reviewed. The factors included solvent and polymer molecular weight, consistency and viscosity, conductance, surface tension, voltage, distance and so on. The prospects and direction of electrospun fibers were outlooked.
