锥形压力容器变角度缠绕设计研究Study on Variable Angle Winding Design of Conical Pressure Vessel

摘要(Abstract):
复合材料压力容器两端极孔大小常因不同型号产品要求而不同,而这常常导致在缠绕设计中,容器两端缠绕角不同,在此需要进行变角度缠绕设计。基于CADWind软件对锥形结构压力容器变角度缠绕设计进行了探索研究,由软件模拟得到大端缠绕角为45.3°,小端缠绕角为31.9°,结合实际对部分参数进行微调,可以实现纤维的稳定缠绕及全覆盖。
The size of the polar holes at the two ends of the composite pressure vessel is often different due to the requirements of different types of products, which often leads to the different winding angles at the two ends of the vessel in the winding design, and the variable angle winding design is necessary. Based on CADWind software, variable angle winding design of conical structure pressure vessel is studied. Through the example simulation of software, the winding angle of the big end is 45.3°, and the winding angle of the small end is 31.9°. The stable winding and full coverage of the linear can be realized by fine tuning of some parameters combined with the practice.
