年产4万t涤纶短纤生产线现场总线控制系统的应用分析

摘要(Abstract):

阐述了现场总线控制系统(FCS)在年产4万t(日产150)t涤纶短纤维生产线的电气控制系统中的应用。具体分析了该系统应用的项目技术要求以及系统软件的设计编辑。体现了该系统在项目的实际应用中比传统的自动控制系统具有稳定性和抗干扰能力、高精度的同步控制、全数字化数据传送功能以及施工成本的优势。
The application of fieldbus control system(FCS) in electrical and control system for staple fiber production line with fourty thousand ton annual capacity(one hundred fifty ton daily) are stated.The technical requirement and system software design and edit for the system application in synthetic fiber industry are analyzed.It materializes the said sytem is of better advantage of stability and anti-jamming,synchronous control of high precision,all digital data transfering as well as lower construction cost than traditional DCS in pratical application.
