摘要(Abstract)：
简述了涤纶母丝的用途与性能,探讨了采用FDY工艺生产母丝的加工特点,特别是母丝生产过程中纺丝温度、冷却条件、热辊温度及速度、油剂选择及控制等生产技术。结果表明:选择合适的工艺,可以生产出性能良好、完全可以取代进口母丝的涤纶母丝。
The application and property of polyester FDY mother yarn were described. The production process and characteristic of polyester FDY mother yarn were discussed. The processes of spinning temperature, cooling temperature, roller speed and temperature and selection of spinfinish were introduced. The results showed that good quality FDY mother yarn could be produced with proper processing conditions.
