摘要(Abstract):

对聚酯/改性高收缩聚酯复合纤维的卷曲性能进行了理论分析,并测试了不同组分比例以及不同热处理方式、温度、时间条件下的聚酯/改性高收缩聚酯复合纤维的卷曲性能。结果表明:对于圆形截面纤维,50/50组分比例有较好的潜在卷曲性;而热处理方式、温度、时间均影响纤维卷曲性能,因此,利用该纤维进行织物设计和染整加工应充分考虑该性能特征。
The thesis analysis is made on the crimp property of polyester/modified high shrinkage polyester conjugated fiber. The crimp property of three kinds of conjugated fiber in different conditions such as heat processing ways, temperature and time is tested. The test results show the composite ratio of 50/50 has better potential crimp property for circle cross-sectional fiber. And all processing conditions will influence the crimp property. Therefore, the special property of conjugated fiber should be considered in the fabric designing and dyeing.
