羟基磷灰石陶瓷纤维条成型工艺的研究

摘要(Abstract):

以二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)、无水氯化锂(LiCl)、甲壳素作为溶胶-凝胶体系,加入羟基磷灰石(HA)微粉制成纺丝液,挤压喷制成纤状条带,根据组分制定烧结工艺曲线,使用程控烧结炉进行烧结,获得了HA多孔陶瓷自增强的、致密的HA陶瓷纤维条,并用扫描电镜对纤维条形貌进行了观察。
DMAc,LiCl and chitin were used for preparation of sol-gel systems of spinning solution blended with hydroxypatite(HA)powder to make fiber strip by extrusion.The sinterring process was determined by the component of ceramic slurry.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analyzed the fiber configuration and showed that the experiment could obtain compact HA ceramic fiber to reinforce porous HA ceramic block.
