摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了一步法生产125 dtex/72 f+44 dtex涤/氨包覆丝的生产工艺。生产结果表明:热箱温度185℃,加工速度750 m/min,氨纶拉伸比3.50,网络压力0.33 MPa,选择1.4 mm孔径的赫伯利喷嘴等工艺条件下,可制得高质量的涤/氨包覆丝。
The spinning process of 125 dtex/72 f+44 dtex PET/EL covered yarn by one-step method were introduced. The result of production shows that when heater temperature is 185 ℃, processing speed is 750 m/min, Spandex draw ratio is 3.50, air pressure is 0.33 MPa and using Heberlein nozzle with 1.4 mm aperture,high quality PET/EL covered yarn will be produced.
