新型消臭纤维的制备及表征

摘要(Abstract):

采用苯酐-尿素法制备了四羧基钴酞菁,通过消臭实验、氧化实验和紫外-可见分光光度计的测试,确定该物质具备消臭效果,并且可以循环利用。分别采用熔融纺丝和浸渍处理法制备了消臭纤维,对它们的消臭效果及可循环性进行了测试。
Co(Ⅱ)-2,9,16,23-tetracaboxyphthalocyanine is synthesized. In the deodorizing experiment and oxidation experiment, it is found that the deodorizing agent can absorb some kinds of odor and it can be reused. Odorproof fiber can be obtained by melt spinning of PP chips with certain amount of the deodorizing agent or by fininshing the fiber with the agent. The deodorizing effect and recirculation are determined.
