锦涤复合超细纤维变形工艺的研究

摘要(Abstract):

本实验用VC473B型转子式低弹假捻机对单丝纤度为0.20dtex的锦/涤复合POY进行变形加工,探讨了位伸比、变形温度、定型温度及假捻度对纤维结构性能的影响.
An experiment of textuning is made on the PA/PET compsite fiber POY with 0. 2dtex dpf by the VC473 ModelB pin spinadle type false-twisting textuning machine. The effects of draw ratio,degree of false -twist, temperature in texturing and setting on fiber's structure and property are investigated.
