锭速及捻因数对Modal纤维纯纺纱性能的影响

摘要(Abstract):

结合生产实际,选用不同的锭子速度及捻因数,对Modal纤维纯纺纱性能进行研究,主要包括对成纱的强伸性、毛羽及条干性能的影响,从而得出纺Modal纤维纯纺纱的最佳工艺参数。实践表明:锭子的速度应该控制在7230 r/min左右,捻因数应该在380~400之间,纱线的综合成纱指标最好。
For practical production,the influence of different spindle speed and twist factor on properties of pure yarn from Modal fiber,including tenacity and elongation of yarn,properties of hairiness and yarn evenness,are investigated,so as to obtain optimum process parameters for pure Modal yarn spinning.It shows that the yarn best comprehensive index can be obtained with spindle speed about 7 230 r/min and twist factor between 380 and 400.
