涤纶长丝侧吹风装置设计的节能措施设想

摘要(Abstract):

根据涤纶长丝侧吹风的使用性能及运行特点 ,从节能角度出发提出了相对湿度参数自由浮动的观点 ,对侧吹风的回风利用与否以及正确的回风部位提出了自己的看法。文章亦归纳了在冬夏二季综合应用上述措施后的节能效果。
According to the performance and running conditions of quench air system for polyester filament,the view points to relative humidity,using of return air and location of return air system are discussed.It comes to a conclusion that the energy comsumption is decreased by applying mentioned methods in summer and winter.
