碳纤维抽油杆在弯曲工况下的力学性能研究Study on the Mechanical Properties of Carbon Fiber Sucker Rods under Bending Conditions

摘要(Abstract):
针对碳纤维抽油杆在实际应用过程中反复弯曲产生的性能下降,通过拉伸、弯曲、表面剪切试验,研究了碳纤维抽油杆的基本力学性能。同时设计了两套不同工况的卷绕工装,对碳纤维抽油杆进行弯曲应变测试,得到了不同碳纤维抽油杆直径、不同卷绕直径工装的弯曲应变,并运用SOLID185单元和Debonding功能建立卷绕弯曲的有限元模型,通过origin软件将模拟数据与试验数据进行分析对比,为碳纤维抽油杆在不同蠕变周期下的弯曲应变研究提供了基础。
Aiming at the performance degradation caused by repeated bending of carbon fiber sucker rods in the actual application process, the basic mechanical properties of carbon fiber sucker rods were studied by applying tensile, bending, and surface shear tests. At the same time, two sets of winding tooling under different working conditions were designed, and the bending strain test of the carbon fiber sucker rod was carried out. The bending strain of different carbon fiber sucker rod diameters and different winding diameter tooling was obtained, and the finite element model of winding bend was established using SOLID185 units and Debonding function. Through the origin software to analyze and compare the simulation data with the test data, a basis for the study of the bending strain of the carbon fiber sucker rod under different creep cycles was provided.
