普鲁兰多糖纳米纤维膜制备及交联工艺研究

摘要(Abstract):

采用静电纺丝法成功制备了普鲁兰多糖纳米纤维膜。为了提高普鲁兰多糖纳米纤维膜在水中的稳定性,利用戊二醛对纤维膜进行浸泡交联,制得了具有交联结构的普鲁兰多糖纳米纤维膜。使用扫描电子显微镜考察了纤维微观形貌及直径分布,研究了浸泡比例与交联时间对吸水率的影响。结果表明:交联后的纤维直径变大,在水中稳定性显著提升;最佳的浸泡比例为1∶70,交联时间24 h。
The Pullulan nanofiber mats were successfully fabricated by electrospinning. To improve stabilityin water, the nanofiber mat was crosslinked with glutaraldehyde and the Pullulan nanofiber mat with cross-linked structure was obtained. The micro-topography and diameter distribution of the non-crosslinked andcrosslinked nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The effect of crosslinking ratioand crosslinking time on degree of swellings was investigated. It was found that the diameter of the cross-linked nanofibers had become thicker. And the water resistance of nanofiber mats had a significantly im-proved. 1∶70 was the optimum crosslinking ratio of the process. Meanwhile, the best crosslinking time was24 h.
