摘要(Abstract)：

从涤纶FDY纺丝工艺的特点及要求,分析了HDG-2146涤纶FDY油剂的耐热性、抗静电性、润湿性、平滑性等质量指标及应用性能。经测试证明:HDG-2146涤纶FDY油剂的各项性能指标与进口同类产品相当,在不同纺丝设备上使用,能够满足纺丝拉伸一步法工艺生产的要求。
On the basis of the structure of polyester fiber and technological characteristic, the heat stability, antistatic stability, moistening stability, smooth stability and application of PET FDY spin finish HDG-2146 were studied. The result showed that spin finish had an equal performance to the imported ones. The spin finish, with different equipment application, met the requirement of spin-draw one step process.
