摘要(Abstract):
将聚丙烯腈(PAN)与聚间苯二甲酰间苯二胺(PMIA)溶解于N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中配制成共混浆液,并采用沉析法制备得到了高比表面积的PAN/PMIA共混浆粕。理论计算和扫描电镜观察显示:PAN与PMIA在热力学上是不相容的,两组分间存在微观相分离;PMIA的混入可以使PAN浆粕尺寸均匀细小,显著提高浆粕的比表面积。
Polyacrylonitrile(PAN)and Poly(m-phenyleneisophthalamide) (PMIA) were dissolved in N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc), and blend pulps with high specific surface area were obtained from the blend solution by precipitation method. The results of theoretical calculation and scanning electron microscope showed that PAN and PMIA were incompatibility thermodynamically and there was microcosmic phase separation between them. The addition of PMIA made the size of PAN pulp finer and more even, and increased the high specific surface area of blends pulp notably.
