摘要(Abstract):

通过对比三种不同工艺制成的碳纤维复合材料大梁的各项力学性能,探究风电叶片碳纤维复合材料大梁的最佳制备工艺。结果表明:拉挤工艺制作的碳纤维复合材料大梁,在拉伸、弯曲、层间剪切、压缩性能方面呈现最优的效果,并且保持了较高的纤维体积含量。
By comparing the mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite girders prepared by three different processes, the optimal preparation process of carbon fiber composite girders for wind turbine blades was explored. The results indicate that the composite girders prepared by pultrusion process have the optimal performance in stretching, bending, interlaminar shearing and compression measurements, and maintain high fiber volume content.
