芳纶浆粕型纤维的性能与应用开发

摘要(Abstract):

本文综述了芳纶浆粕型纤维(PPTA-pulp)的性能及作为新型增强材料的优点;介绍了其在热固性、热塑性和弹性体复合材料及造纸方面的应用开发动向并指出PPTA-pulp在实际应用中尚待解决的问题。
Aramid (PPTA) pulp is a new material for reinforcement its highly fibrillated form with large surface area and high length-to-diameter ratio,provides good adhesion to polymer matrices, it also has many advantages, such as excellent mechanical properties, high temperature stability and good chemical resistance etc. , being widely used with thermoset plastics, thermoplastics and elastomers, also for making special papers. The main existing problems to be solved are the uniform dispersion of fibres in composite matrices and improvement of the bonding between fibers and matrices.
