新型防螨抗菌聚酯纤维的开发

摘要(Abstract):

以非溶出性、无机陶瓷防螨剂及太极石等原料制备微米级蓄热防螨陶瓷粉末,以硝酸银、氯化钠、偏钛酸等原料制备载银纳米二氧化钛复合抗菌粉体,进而制备蓄热防螨陶瓷母粒和载银纳米二氧化钛复合抗菌母粒,经共混纺丝得到防螨抗菌聚酯纤维。该纤维具备防螨、抗菌、促进新陈代谢、安全环保的特点。
The heat storage anti-mite ceramic powder was prepared by non-soluble inorganic ceramic anti-mite agent and Tai Chi stone. The Ag loaded TiO_2 compound anti-bacterial powder was obtained by using AgNO_3, Na Cl and metacylic acid. And then the heat storage anti-mite ceramic masterbatch and the TiO_2 composite antibacterial masterbatch were prepared. Anti-mite and anti-bacterial polyester fibers were ob-tained by blended spinning. The fibers have the characteristics of anti-mite, anti-bacterial, promoting me-tabolism and protecting the environment.
